We aim for a streamlined, efficient two way communication process which doesn’t burden or confuse our clients in any way or form. We think that being in contact with real people who are able to resolve many queries right away as opposed to automated phone menus and endless button pushing is the way to go.
In light of this we employ a sufficient number of attentive, punctual and polite customer assistants who know their work inside out. Our customer care staff are knowledgeable and quick on their feet to provide customers with relevant, up to date information regarding services, special deals, availability, pricing and booking/cancellation procedure. In almost all instances customers are provided with the necessary details right away without waiting around for call backs or email replies. If however customers do require a call back from one of our staff members, please be sure to provide a valid phone number and let us know when the best time to contact you is.
- When people wish to speak to us directly, they can do so on – our office lines are open seven days a week, from 7:30-AM to 8:00-PM except for some bank holidays like Christmas and New Year’s Day. Calls answered by a real person who is able to take up your query right away.
- Our email inbox is monitored by dedicated members of stall at all times during business hours so you don’t have to wait long before we get back to you, which is usually within minutes.
